Preferred Blue, Blue Option Network, Advantage Network, BlueChoice Health Plan HMO, Blue Essentials, and State Group Network Plans.
Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Insurance benefit does not cover any Initial (Individual, Couples or Family) Assessments or Pre-Marital Counseling.
Policy verification required: A representative from TMI Counseling and Coaching will contact you within 72 hours to schedule an appointment once verification is complete.
